Saskatoon Berry Wine
Saskatoons have always been an important part of life on the Canadian Prairies.  From the First nations People to the Early Settlers, Saskatoons provided the main source of fruit for the long prairie winters.  They produce a beautiful wine that is blush in colour and earthy in taste. Serve this wine very lightly chilled.  A perfect compliment to sweeter meats like hamburgers or ham. A little taste of Canadian Heritage!

Sour Cherry Wine

Sour Cherry Wine
Made from the Carmine Jewel Cherry developed by the University of Saskatchewan, this wine truly is a product of the Prairies! Amazing colour, great acidity and a HUGE cherry finish, this is the driest of our fruit wines.  Serve chilled to bring out that fresh picked crispness.  This wine pairs well with good friends, hot summer afternoons and poultry.

Mead

Mead
Popular with the both the Greeks and early Europeans, Mead is one of the oldest wines known to man.  Made from local honey, our mead is finished in a traditional style.  A sweet finish is perfect for for pairing with dessert or for those guests who don’t care for a dry wine.  A lovely way to end the day!  Serve chilled.

North Slope Red Wine

North Slope Red Wine
From the first commercial vineyard in Saskatchewan… We are pleased to present our own red wine.  Cellar aged for three years, this wine shows lots of fruit, mellow tannins and yields a slightly sweet finish.  This lighter style of red wine is the result of blending several grape varieties and goes ever so well with good friends, funny stories and memorable moments…  Who says grapes don’t grow on the Prairies!

The perfect compliment to good food, great music and special people – this is our “friendly” red wine.  We imported a selection of the finest grapes to produce a wine with lots of fruit, an easy balance and bit of boldness.  Pull the cork, let it breathe, and enjoy!

Without question the most popular wine we make!  A little blending and you’ll be surprised at he wine it produces!  Crisp, light and an amazing aroma make this a very drinkable wine.  Serve chilled on the patio with a good book or at dinner with spicy Asian dishes.  Enjoy!

Choke Cherry Wine

This is not the same Chokecherry Wine your Baba used to make in the big crock behind the stove.  No Siree!  We’ve taken this noble prairie fruit and created a dessert wine that is perfect at the end of a meal or at the end of the day.  Best enjoyed at room temperature.  Baba would approve!

Black Currant and Honey Wine

Black Currant & Honey Wine
The blend of strong Black Currants with a bit of Honey Mead has produced one of the most drinkable wines we make.  Dubbed our “Christmas Wine” it is the perfect wine to have on hand when entertaining.  Good acidity in this slightly sweet wine makes it the perfect social wine!  Serve slightly chilled.
